In my spare time I enjoy: Riding my bicycle, climbing and hiking.

Advice to new CrossFitters: It’s not about the clock. Everyone starts from the bottom. With time, patience and determination you’ll be able to achieve whatever your goals are for CrossFit.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

A1. Bench press: 5×3 work ups (rest 1min)
A2. Chin ups: Max reps x 5 (rest 1min)
B. For time:
300m Row
25 air squats
100 double unders (sub 300 singles)
25 hand release push ups
300m Row

And coming tomorrow…

A. Overhead squat: OHS skill work OR work up to a heavy set of 5 in 12 minutes. If you went heavy Monday, just work up to a moderate set of 5.
B. 5 rounds for time:
2 muscle ups
4 handstand push ups
10 box jumps 24/20″
