EAT REAL FOOD:
The first upgrade you can make to your nutrition is to realize that food is FUEL. If you don’t fuel properly before and after workouts, you’ll lack energy during training and be more sore & achy afterward.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
Basic nutrition coaching is included in your CrossFit Midtown membership.
