High-quality coaching in his own words:
I consider attention to threshold training/movement quality, personable, and continued education/growth to be three of the most important aspects of exceptional coaching at CFM. Together these aspects form a toolbox that provides the coach the ability to challenge and sustain the athlete and excite themselves as a coach in the process.
"Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming."
