Sunday, Jan 8th: 9-10am CFM Weightlifting Class. If you are looking to work more in depth on your Olympic lifts sign up for this weightlifting membership. Each session will have Oly specific warmup, movement demo and breakdown, and lifting portion. Athletes will set the foundation for the snatch and clean & jerk as they progress through this Strength Based Oly Program.
