A. Super Squat Hip Sequence

B. Back Squats: Complete 1 set every 2 minutes and 30 seconds
2 sets of 5 reps at 75%
3 sets of 3 reps at 80%
5 sets of 1 reps at 85%

Post loads for squat. Ex: 315, 330, 350
