A. Snatch Complex
Hang Squat Snatch + OHS

B. AMRAP 10
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
15 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (50’s/35’s)

Post load for complex and rounds for AMRAP. Ex: 190#, 6+12 Rx.

Practice HS Walk for 10 minutes
