1. Fun, knowledgeable coaches – You’ll be coached from beginning to end of every class. That includes warm-up, mobility work, strength and skill practice, the daily WOD and cool down. We’ll teach you the safe, proper way to perform each exercise, help you measure and track your progress, and help with (and hold YOU accountable for) reaching your goals.
2. Effective programming – that means we’re not just picking workouts out of the sky at random. Our training program is customized for our students, to get you in the best shape of your life. Let us take the guesswork out of planning your own workouts. We’ll do a combination of training, along with occasional testing so you can see your progress. You’ll learn the difference between pushing to your absolute limits when testing and finding your sustainable pace/effort level during training sessions. If you work hard and stay present and focused every time you step foot inside the gym, this program will give you amazing results.
3. Accountability – Showing up to class is important. We encourage regular attendance to transform the way you view health and fitness. Soooo, we’ll call you if you go missing, teach you to track your workouts and progress, and be there to help celebrate your big achievements!
