400m Relay
10 Candlesticks
10 Ball Slams (20/15#) (Rx+ 30/20#)

10 DB Box Step Overs (35/25’s at 24/20) (Rx+50/35’s)
– Partners alternate work and rest as needed.
Post total burpees and single leg squats and rounds in the AMRAP.
