GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOALS!

All members got an email from Lis yesterday about your summer goal-setting. Please take the holiday weekend to think of who you will be by Labor Day…set some specific, measurable goals, and send them back to Lis by next Wednesday. If you didn’t get the email, let us know.

  1. I just wanted to drop in and let you know (aka whine) how sore my abs are from Tuesday’s WOD. Whenever I sneeze it is immediately followed by a moan. Thanks for letting me stop in and for making a lasting impression!

        1. BTW, you who “crushed” it in the evening class need to handicap your numbers a bit, since the AM/noon crowd was going up and all the way over the 20″ box on those skier jumps.

          1. Why do you tell me this now???? Now I am going to redo this WOD just because you no repped me 100 reps. I am ready for FRAANNNNNN!

          1. Alarm is already set. In fact, I am so dedicated to this yoga thing in the morning that I am going to Yacht Rock tonight and I am going to stay sober and come home before midnight so I can get up. Mandy better be good!

  2. I made the blog! So I guess it’s time to leave my first comment…

I don’t know if my abs are sore…I can’t think about anything else except about how much pain my arms are in. Seriously. Is this normal?!

Yay for biggest class in CFM history! 🙂 (Are emoticons allowed on the blog?!)
