Workout of the Day

The Chief
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Each cycle starts at the beginning of the round (with 3 power cleans).
Post rounds+reps completed for each of the 5 cycles.
Goal is quality reps, as many rounds/reps as possible, as well as consistent numbers over all rounds.

  1. First time in my 2 years of Crossfit I have blisters on my feet from last nights WOD. I have permanent calluses on hand now my feet? Never wearing inov8’s to run again. Wish I could make this WOD today, looks awesome!

    Also, I don’t know what power cleans are, but if I get out of work in time, I’ll be there tonight. I’ll prob come Saturday too. Can the dance be the body roll?!

  3. VABS! Yes, currently Saturday is a makeup day when you can make up any WOD you missed during the week.

    ALISON! The very handsome Coach Dan will teach you to power clean tonight. I am not familiar with this body roll you speak of. Please post a youtube video so I can practice it alone in the office today and prepare for Saturday.

    AUSTIN! I’m sawwy you huwt your widdle feet. I like my Inov-8s for running, but not change direction stuff like last night… I prefer my Asics (Onitsuka Tigers) for that.
